Hey explorers,

I hope everyone is enjoying the rainy season and as you all know with this rainy season different disease comes and mostly they are waterborne diseases due to this rainy season so in this thread we will try to look how to overcome and we stay healthy and what kinds of fruits we should eat to keep us safe from this diseases.
Did you know?
During this rainy season our body lags the amount of vitamin C that we need due to this constant humidity and rainy weather. Plus there are also some diseases which are caused specifically in this rainy season like dengue which reduces the platelets in our body.

So let's see what fruits that we can eat to stay healthy and to be effective against those diseases and help us build those platelets and vitamin C so that it would be the immunity system again.

Rainy season is a season where there are lot of moisture hovering around us. Due to this humidity from our body doesn't get released and as a result we tend to consume less water in rainy season within fat causes and adverse reaction to our body like eliminating waste and other kinds of bacterial diseases in that case the amount of intake of vitamin C like fruits also decreases like sour foods which are the main essential elements of vitamin C which causes the immunity systems. Now let's look at what fruits are specifically designed for us to consume in this rainy season, Shall we?
 
  • First one is pineapples & melons

Talking about pineapple & melons, it's the most demanding fruit that people can eat all season whether it is summer or rainy because of its low water quantity and it is rich in vitamin C which specially helps in developing the immune system.
  • Second one I should recommend are apples, pears and pomegranates.

Reason behind this is very simple as apple pears and pomegranate contain very much less water in them which in terms have the least chance to carry any water bound diseases which are very very common in the rainy season and eliminating that factor it also has a strong immune boosting properties.
  • Third, I would officially recommend bananas.
Banana is a type of fruit that almost you can eat every part of the season with it winter summer or monsoon due to its high calorie intake plus it has the ability to develop the immune system and plus it also has a low water content so in fact it will keep you fresh and healthy as well as will prevent you from any disease.
  • Fourth is the cherries.

Cherry is a small and red fruit having a slightly tart taste along with some little amount of sweetness to it and it can be used as it in deserts or in sauce which helps in fight inflammation and ensure good sleep, improve the blood level and soothe the sore muscles.
  • And the last in the final one is the peach.

Which is the kind of fruit which are also juicy but it has many enzymes with it as well as many antioxidants. And Plus they are also low in terms of water retention so it is effective in eliminating your allergies and improves your heart health
