- In case, You are declared as a lucky winner by the Company, You have to connect with the Company on its official social media account, through your official account by which You participated in the Contest.
- In case You are declared as a winner in the Contest, You hereby wilfully consent that the Company may use Your personal information to contact You for gratification purposes and other marketing purposes.
- In case You were declared as a winner in any other contest held by the Company You are not eligible to be declared as a winner in the Contest.
- In case You are declared as a winner twice in the Contest, You shall be considered as winner only in one of the Contests in which You took part formerly.
- In case You are declared as a winner in the Contest You shall provide your current complete address to the Company and in case such address is non-serviceable the Company reserves the right to cancel Your participation and You shall not be considered as a winner in the Contest.
- The company may dispatch the above-mentioned gratification to You within 90 days of the declaration of the winner of the Contest.
