NOTE: To track all your health data, you'll need an HONOR Smart Wearable like HONOR CHOICE Watch.

HONOR Health App is a user-friendly and comprehensive health and fitness app. It acts as a central hub for monitoring your health and fitness data, motivating you to achieve your wellness goals. The application has the in-built workout Courses with visuals & perfect guidance and you can set your own goals according to your health details. The HONOR smart wearables with smart dedicated health sensors helps to record your exercise or other activities and get the detailed analysis in HONOR Health App.Introduction -
Go to the "Device" section click on add a device and make sure your bluetooth connection is on. Then add the HONOR Smart Health devices like HONOR CHOICE Watch as shown below.Connect the Device -
You can customise the wearables devices including a variety of watch faces, manage notifications, firmware updates, settings, Health Management, User Guide etc.
When you open the HONOR Health App, you'll see the first page where your all daily exercise activities and all health data available in one place. By just one click on the particular record you can get the full details of health data like Heart Rate, Sleep, Stress, Steps, Calories etc with an user-friendly interface.Homepage Records -
At the bottom, you can switch between different pages like Health, Exercise, Device and Me (Account).
Get fully analysed data by just a single click on the particular data you wanted to check which contains visuals in graphic presentation of your daily health data like Heart Rate, Sleep, Stress, SpO2, Calories, Hours active etc.Detailed Records info -
For example -
Click on the heart rate, you'll see the record of your daily heart rate data in form of graphs including the Heart Rate Range, Highest Heart Rate, Resting Heart Rate.
You can set the goals you want to achieve the good health using HONOR Smart Health devices. The overall data from the first day to the current usage available in one place as shown in the attached image, you can check full details of your health data like Heart health, Sleep, Stress, Active calories, Blood oxygen, Temperature, Blood glucose, Blood Pressure Weight, Period cycle, Body measurements, Exercise records, etc.Set Goals & All data -
The HONOR Health App have in-built workout courses with visuals for perfect guidance and to achieve your health goals.Exercise with Perfect Guidance -
In exercise section, you can see the different exercise courses, select according to your needs and by clicking on them you can get the visual smart coaching short clips for indoor & outdoor workouts.
For the outdoor workouts like running, walking, cycling etc you can use the in-built GPS navigation function to record the every day accurate data of distance on live map. With the HONOR smart device you can get the full details on your screen like Speed, Calories consumed, Steps, distance covered, Workout time, average Heart Rate, average Pace etc. Also if you lock the screen the workout will running in background with the voice assistant which will announce the live data including all health parameters.
