This device, despite its hefty price tag, it lacks a dedicated physical proximity sensor. Instead, it mimics this functionality using light and other sensors, a cost-cutting tactic employed by other brands as well. While cost optimization is understandable, it becomes deceptive when quality is compromised.
Companies like Samsung, Google, manages to maintain quality and way better service even with cost considerations.
Honor, however, seems to prioritize marketing over providing value to customers who trust them enough to purchase their products.
It's ironic that even in today's information-rich environment, where consumers have access to detailed product information, marketing still manages to prevail, often at the expense of true value and customer satisfaction.
