HONOR 200 Lite Contest

Terms and Conditions:

1. The HONOR 200 Lite Contest on Instagram and Twitter (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is being organized by Explore HONOR on its social media handles and while participating in the Contest, the contestant (“You”) hereby agree to be governed by the below-mentioned terms and conditions. 
2.  The contest is valid only for residents of India, above the age of eighteen (18) years.
3. Contest Platform: You can participate in the Contest through the Company’s brand (Explore HONOR) social media accounts (Instagram and Twitter). 
4. To enter the contest, you have to follow the below-mentioned steps: 

HONOR 200 Lite Contest on Instagram and Twitter (@explorehonor)

1. The company will post the contest on the above-mentioned social media handles, and you need to follow all the steps mentioned in the contest post to be eligible.
2. 2 winners will be selected from this contest. 
3. You have to follow @explorehonor on Instagram and Twitter
4. For Instagram you need to post the screenshot of your entry in your Instagram account tagging @explorehonor and share the link of your post entry in the contest post comment of Instagram to be eligible. (Make sure your instagram account is public)
5. For Twitter you simply need to share the screenshot in comments tagging your 3 friends. 
6. You have to mention #HONOR200Lite #PortraitPerfection #Contest in your comment.

Contest Duration: The contest shall remain open for your participation till 26th  September 2024 (midnight).

1. The company may announce the winner of the Contest by 30th September 2024
2. Company will select 2 Lucky Winners randomly from entries received in the contest, and the decision of the Company shall be final & binding.
3. Gratification: 2 lucky winners will get a chance to win a HONOR 200 Lite. 1 from Twitter and 1 from Instagram
4. In case you are declared a lucky winner by the company, you have to connect in 48 hours with the company on its official social media account, through the official account through which you participated in the contest.
5. In case at any time during the contest duration you deleted your answer comment from the post of the company, such deletion shall be considered as a withdrawal of the participation, and you shall not be entitled to be declared as a winner in the contest.
6. In case You are declared as a winner in the Contest, You hereby willfully consent that the Company may use Your personal information to contact You for gratification purposes and other marketing purposes.
7. In case You were declared as a winner in any other contest held by the Company You are not eligible to be declared as a winner in the Contest.
8. In case You are declared as a winner twice in the Contest, You shall be considered as winner only in one of the Contests in which You took part formerly.
9. In case You are declared as a winner in the Contest You shall provide your current complete address to the Company and in case such address is non-serviceable the Company reserves the right to cancel Your participation and You shall not be considered as a winner in the Contest.
10. The company may dispatch the above-mentioned gratification to You within 90 days of the declaration of the winner of the Contest.
11. In case You are declared as a winner of the Contest, You shall share a scanned copy of a valid government photo ID proof and PAN Card, subject to receipt of the request for the same by the Company.
12. In case You fail to provide the necessary documents within the stipulated time period, the Company reserves the right to cancel your gratification in its sole discretion and the Company’s decision shall be final and binding in nature.
13. While taking part in the Contest You hereby agree that You are taking part in your individual capacity and the Company shall not be liable for any comment on your comment or any derogatory, libelous reply to Your comment on the Company’s post.
14. The company can, at its discretion, disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the Contest's rules.
15. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
16. Any entries/content of the comment that is protected by copyright or trademark posted/published by the contestant/participant without the permission of the author or the owner, or is defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful or unfit according to Company will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.
17. The Company reserves all the rights to change the gratification/conditions of the Contest without prior notice.
18. The Company reserves all the rights to change, modify, suspend, and terminate the entire Contest including any of its terms and conditions.
19. In no event shall the Company be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, lockdowns, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and/or any other kind of interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications, or computer (software and hardware) services.
