Today, I'm sharing some interesting news topics including the "Qualcomm’s 8-Core Snapdragon X Plus: Bridging AI and Affordability"
During IFA 2024, Qualcomm presented the 8-core Snapdragon X Plus chip as its latest effort to democratize AI-supported laptops in the given sector. It manufactures conveniently attractive mobile devices under the Snapdragon X Series, more specifically intended for Windows on ARM devices. In addition, the 8-core version can utilize AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot+, by having a powerful 45 TOPS NPU integrated, which is the same as in its higher-end models. Its cheaper price is the main advantage – laptops with this chip are estimated to cost at around 700-800 dollars. The 8-core Snapdragon X Plus, however, is able to show a high price at the same time, which is wearing many performance. This means that performance and security are enhanced without sacrificing basic features in order to increase the distribution of AI-enhanced laptops.
