Keeping in mind, Xiaomi launched their Brand new series for the Air fryer, “ The S1 series” . Let's quickly look into it.

The Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air fryer S1 6L comes with a all new brand design where the dial/ knob was removed and entered a LCD screen with touch buttons.
It comes with a ceramic coating layer as well as made up of High quality metal coil ad fans and structure to provide stability and more heat .
Comes with 6.5 inch viewing window which is a huge upgrade from its predecessor which allows us to see the food cooking inside without having to take out the basket to check the food.
The Mijia Air Fryer S1 6L features a 360° circular hot airflow system, eliminating the need to flip food during cooking. This is made possible by dual-wing spiral fan blades.
The device offers a wide temperature range from 40°C to 210°C, allowing it to handle various cooking tasks such as defrosting, fermentation, yogurt making, and preparing dried fruits.
