In today's episode, we'll do our bit to protect our eyes and help ourselves to sleep better. But you must be wondering how a smartphone can do that?
Introducing, the Circadian Night Display.
In simple words, this feature causes your display to turn warmer as your day goes by to not only protect your vision, but also suppress the production of the sleep hormone causing you to fall asleep faster. Interesting isn't it? Here's how you can turn it on.
Step 1: Open the Settings App and tap on Display and Brightness
Step 2: Tap on HONOR Eye Comfort Display
Step 3: Turn on the toggle for Circadian Night Display
So explorers, this is how you can do your bit to protect your eyes and sleep better. Isn't it amazing to see that Honor, not only makes beautiful displays for our eyesight but also makes sure to protect it?
