What is Pattern Photography?
Pattern photography is a compelling technique that emphasizes repeated elements in a scene, such as shapes, colors, or textures. It enhances visual interest and can transform mundane subjects into captivating images. There are seven basic elements of photographic art: line, shape, form, texture, color, size, and depth. As a photographic artist, your knowledge and awareness of these different elements can be vital to the success of your composition and help convey the meaning of your photograph.
Key aspects of  Pattern Photography.
Pattern photography focuses on capturing recurring elements, shapes, and structures in a visually engaging way. Here are some key aspects to consider:

1. Repetition :-The essence of pattern photography is repetition. Look for recurring shapes, colors, or textures that form a pattern. This repetition can be found in natural or man-made objects.

2. Composition :- Effective pattern photography often involves careful composition. Aligning patterns within the frame can create a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing image. Pay attention to how patterns are arranged and how they interact with the rest of the image.

3. Contrast and Color :- Patterns can be enhanced by playing with contrast and color. High contrast can make patterns more striking, while complementary or contrasting colors can make patterns stand out even more.

4. Perspective and Angle :- Changing your perspective or angle can reveal new patterns or highlight existing ones. Experiment with different viewpoints to capture the pattern in a fresh way.

5. Focus and Depth of Field :- Adjusting your focus and depth of field can help emphasize the pattern. A shallow depth of field can blur the background, making the pattern more prominent, while a deeper focus can reveal more intricate details.

6. Texture :- Patterns often come with interesting textures. Capturing these textures can add depth and interest to your photograph.

7. Symmetry and Asymmetry :- While many patterns are symmetrical, asymmetrical patterns can also be compelling. Explore both types to find what best suits your vision.

By focusing on these aspects, you can effectively capture and highlight patterns in your photography, making for compelling and visually engaging images.
