Honor 90 5g issue

I'm using Honor 90 5g mobile. My mobile is not vibrating during vibration mode. And also when I connect Bluetooth earphones sound is not loud it is less than 50% of sound of earphone, i have checked with other mobiles sound is loud.
Kindly help me in this issue.
