Honor 90 malfunctioning during incoming calls

I'm using a honor 90 phone, after the OS magic update to Android 14 and magic OS 8 .
When ever I recieve an a calls from customer services 
Like from ola , Uber, zomoto or swiggy any others.

​​​​​My complete phone was malfunctioning, screen went to on and off continuously sik signal bars are went to on and off , not able to answer the phone this state the same situation will continue until the call automatically will get off. 

I tried to reset the phone , uninstall all the apps ,  but still the issue was not resolved.
