HONOR has announced the release of the MagicOS 8.0 OTA software update for HONOR X9b users in India, following a beta testing phase. This update introduces MagicOS 8.0, which features the world’s first Intent-Based UI designed to offer a superior AI-driven experience. The new version, 8.0.0.162(C675E3R2P1), is powered by HONOR’s MagicLM, an on-device AI large language model.
MagicOS 8.0 includes advanced AI features such as Magic Capsule, Magic Portal, and Magic Ring, enhancing productivity and user experience. Additionally, the update includes the Android June 2024 security patches, enhancing system security.
