Why Is Juice Important For Our Health? 

Our health needs different types of juices in summer and winter season. Juice can be important for health because it allows your body to quickly absorb nutrients without having to digest the fibers and other components of whole foods. Juices can also provide a larger intake of vitamins and minerals than you might get from your regular diet. Here are some health benefits of different types of juice:

Fruit Juice : 

Can be a rich source of vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, vitamin A, folate, potassium, and magnesium. Vitamin C is important for healthy blood vessels, strong connective tissue, and normal immune system function. Fruit juice also contains antioxidants that can help protect the body from infections and diseases.

Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice : 

Can increase HDL cholesterol levels, which can improve heart health.

Vegetable Juice :

Can be a good way to get essential nutrients into your body, especially green vegetable juice. Drinking fresh vegetable juices can also help you lose weight and flush out toxins from your body.

Carrot Juice :

Contains components like carotenoids that can reduce your risk of certain cancers. 

Juicing can play a role in a balanced diet. For instance, it can help you get fruits and vegetables if you don't enjoy eating them. Juicing also can give the digestive system a rest from digesting fiber. This may help some people who have certain health conditions or who receive certain medical treatments.

Which Juice Is Unhealthy : 

Some juices may be unhealthy because they are high in sugar and calories, or because they contain other additives:

 Sugar : 

Many fruit juices, including apple, orange, grape, and blends, are high in sugar. A cup of 100% fruit juice can contain around 20–26 grams of sugar, which is similar to soda. Consuming too much fructose, a naturally occurring sugar in fruit, can lead to weight gain, high blood sugar, and an increased risk of type 2 diabetes.

Calories : 

Some juices, like Ocean Spray Cherry Juice and Dole Pineapple Juice, have more calories than soda and Dr. Pepper, respectively.

Additives :

Fruit juices can contain added flavors, food coloring, and other additives. A 2019 Consumer Reports study found that many juices may also contain lead or other metals, which can cause neurodevelopmental problems in children.

Untreated Juices : 

Untreated juices can pose a serious risk to people with weakened immune systems, such as children, older adults, pregnant women, and people with HIV/AIDS, cancer, or diabetes. 

Whenever you feel like drinking juice, you can make fresh fruit juice at home and drink it. Any kind of bottled juice from the market is always harmful for health.
